Find your crystal inspiration.  Ask Spirit which crystal(s) you need for support today, this week, or this month, then draw your card(s).
You can carry the crystal(s) with you.  If you don't have them, you can carry the card.
Meditate with the crystal.
There is a small box at the top of each card where you can check off if you have the actual crystal.
